Arbitration
If the dispute is not resolved informally, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This arbitration provision does not apply where prohibited by law.


Individual Claims Only
Claims must be brought solely on an individual basis. No class, collective, representative, or private attorney general actions are permitted.


Jury Trial Waiver
If a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, both parties knowingly waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.


Governing Law for Arbitration
This arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable California law.


 

18. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any permitted court proceedings shall be brought within California.
