What types of home health services do you provide?
We offer a full range of in-home health services, including skilled nursing, home health aide support, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and medical social services. Our team works together to provide personalized care based on each patient’s needs and a physician-approved treatment plan.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, our services are available seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. We also have on-call staff and a Registered Nurse available after hours to assist with any questions or concerns.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most major insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid (Medi-Cal), PPOs, HMOs, and other plans. If you’re unsure about your coverage, our team can help verify your benefits and guide you through the process.
How are visits scheduled?
All visits are scheduled based on a treatment plan approved by your physician. After an initial assessment, we will inform you of the frequency and approximate timing of visits. If you need to make changes, simply notify us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
What should I do in case of an emergency?
Our home health services are not intended for emergency situations. If you experience a serious or urgent medical issue such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, or severe symptoms, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
